The Backward Classes Commission's survey work will take place between January 23 and January 31. The survey would cover both Maratha and non-Maratha open categories, resulting in a study of about 2.5 crore families in the state. Reputable institutions like IIPS and Yakami Gokhale Institute will assist.

An exhortation to labor in a communal spirit

The Chief Minister made an appeal on this occasion, saying that the administration should put its all into this crucial task and that the state government is committed to securing permanent reservations for the Maratha community that comply with legal requirements.

Move from village to village, posting notices with information

The Chief Minister addressed the administration during this event and provided directives. This survey, he stated, is crucial and ought to be completed throughout all three shifts. Distribute information about this survey by word-of-mouth, post guidelines on gram panchayat noticeboards, and use other channels to educate the public. To ensure that the survey is accurate and comprehensive, the surveyor should collect information from every household. Every day during the survey period, the tehsildar and other relevant parties are required to report their work.

Keep a 24-hour call center open

Mr. Ajit Ranade from the Gokhale Institute provided details regarding the survey on this occasion. He stated that this operation would be finished in eight days by over 500,000 enumerators, including teachers, gram sevaks, Anganwadi workers, and lathi. Today marks the beginning of training in 36 districts, 27 municipalities, and 7 cantonment regions.

In this regard, the Chief Minister instructed that the officers and enumerators receive excellent training and that you include a report detailing all of the meetings and training sessions that were held. The retired judge Sandeep Shinde committee has issued 147 thousand of Kunbi registration certificates to the relevant parties since it began its operation. Thirty-two thousand records have been located in Marathwada alone, and eighteen thousand six hundred Kunbi certifications have been granted.
